Terms of Service for Onitsoga Labs

Welcome to Onitsoga Labs! We offer a range of mobile applications ("Apps") that provide various digital services and content, including user interaction, content creation, leaderboard features, and integration with Steam, Google Play and Apple services for account sign-in and gameplay enhancement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our Apps.
2. User Eligibility
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using our Apps, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and meet any other eligibility requirements. Registration and account creation may be required to access full features, utilizing Google Play or Apple services.
3. Content Ownership and Use
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through our Apps but grant Onitsoga Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display this content in connection with the operation of the Apps.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in illegal activities, harassment, copyright violation, spamming, or any behavior that harms other users or the service. Violation of these rules may result in account termination.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Our Apps may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. The terms of any purchases or subscriptions, including payment, refunds, and cancellation policies, will be provided at the time of purchase.
6. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Onitsoga Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service and update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly for changes. Continued use of the Apps after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Termination of Use
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Onitsoga Labs does not guarantee that the Apps will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Apps.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Apps will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes requiring immediate injunctive relief. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted arbitration procedures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Onitsoga Labs regarding your use of the Apps and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
